From the first looks this building is a bit unmatched. I mean the top part and the lower part.
They look too much different.
However, it's an interesting concept. When I took a second look.
I see that what if the top part is created on top of the lower part because it looks new and brighter.
So there must be a reason to do it or.. it could be a hint that this city builds over the ruin of an old city.
Which someday in the future, we may face this situation.
While the concept is interesting the color match the message which comes from the art.
The New and The Old. The bright and not-so bright.
Overall it's good concept for me, it's fresh and new.
